Request errors

• 400: check the model ID and remove optional parameters.
• 401: check the API key and credential variable.
• 403: check account or model permissions.
• 404: check the endpoint and duplicate /v1.
• 429: reduce concurrency, wait, and check quota.
• 5xx: retry later and send a redacted error report to Support.
