Top up

After signing in, open the Yuan API wallet. In the “Add funds” area, agree to the top-up agreement, choose a preset or supported custom amount, and pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay.

If your balance is not updated after payment, do not pay again. Save the order information and contact Support.

Redeem a code

Open the wallet page, find the redemption entry, enter your code, and submit it. Do not publish a complete redemption code.

Refunds

Read the top-up agreement. Refund requests are handled by contacting the site owner with your account, order information, and reason.
